Aug 2008 Official Opening of Cillín Hill, Kilkenny
Nolan Ryan provided full quantity surveying and project management services for Cillín Hill, a major mixed-use development located on the outskirts of Kilkenny on a 28 acre site.
Cillín Hill is Kilkenny Mart’s new flagship multi-purpose centre incorporating state of the art auction facilities, a range of office and retail outlets, an on-site bar and restaurant and an innovative 17,000 sq. ft. venue and conference centre.
Cillín Hill was recently opened by Mary Coughlan, Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade & Employment.

Aug 2008 University of Limerick Medical School Building Appointment
Nolan Ryan has won a key contract to provide quantity surveying services, cost management and cost control for the University of Limerick’s proposed development of a €12m Medical School Building.
The new 4,000 sq. m. building will consist of clinical skills practice labs, seminar rooms, lecture areas, cafeteria and offices. Denis Quille, Director in the Limerick Office will head the project for Nolan Ryan and will be working with Grafton Architects. Work is expected to commence in March 2009 and the building is due to be completed in September 2010.
WYG has previously worked with the University of Limerick on other projects such as the University Arena expansion, the Sports Building, the Health Sciences Building, and the 50 metre Swimming Pool.
